Vitamin C 1000mg 100 tablets from the Solaray laboratory is a food supplement in tablet form.

This formula is released in two stages with a fast action and a prolonged action:
  • 50% of the vitamin C is rapidly released once inside the stomach (the first stage),
  • the remaining vitamin C is gradually released over a period of 12 hours (the second stage).
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin. Vitamin C is not stored in the body, its fragility is great, and intakes must be daily and sufficient. It is easily destroyed by cooking and smoking.
