Operating tips:

The heating patch activates the contact air. It gradually heats to reach its maximum heat in 30 minutes approximately. carefully remove the protective film on the back of the heating patch. Apply the adhesive side to the level of the painful area, on a skin clean and dry. after use, Peel the gently. let air circulate around the heating patch and apply pressure, for example by wearing tight. if the patch becomes too hot for your comfort , remove it immediately. if rash, discontinue immediately use. do not use while sleeping and more than 8 hours. Do not use in children under 12 years. Do pes utlier on red zone or inflammation on skin injured or irritated.
