Cold: 20 minutes in the freezer, 1 hour and 30 minutes in water at 0 c, 2 hours in the refrigerator at 4 C without protective cover.

hot:

in the bath:

bear at 80 c Max a container containing water sufficient to fully cover the compress. Remove the vessel from the heat source and immerse the compress without its cover, between 4 and 8 minutes depending on the size of the compress.

Remove water and dry the compress.

in the microwave:

warm up in the microwave for 25 seconds maximum to 650 W or 20 seconds maximum at 800 W.

Remove the compress from the oven and the massage with the hands in order to obtain a uniform temperature.
