The mallow leaf in Nat & Form's organic mallow teas has many benefits, it soothes the throat and calms the throat in case of coughs, it is also a very good antioxidant for the body and contributes to a good digestive function.

You can prepare it in two ways, as an infusion or as a decoction.
To prepare it as an infusion, pour one to two tablespoons of the tea into simmering water and leave to infuse for 3 to 10 minutes depending on how you like your tea (more or less concentrated).
To prepare it as a decoction, plunge the plant into boiling water and keep it boiling for 10 to 30 minutes, then leave to infuse off the heat for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the desired concentration.
