I have used ISDIN sun protection for many years. Never disappointing. A couple of months ago tiny spots appeared in my nose after a skin treatment. I started to use Spot Prevent and the pigmentation have diminished a bit! It feels thick at first but the oily feeling disappears eventually and the skin feels soft after some minutes. This has worked for me. For darker and bigger spots I guess Active Unify might work better.
