Coenzyme Q10 is an enzyme responsible for the production of energy in our cells. It is important to consume this enzyme as a food supplement for the following reasons:

• With age, our body's ability to absorb the Q10 coenzyme provided by food is reduced. 
• Intense physical exercise, stress, alcohol abuse and/or smoking can reduce you Q10 coenzyme level.

Take 1 softgel per day with a glass of water. It is recommended to take it in the morning with breakfast.
