Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water at bedtime. In the case of jetlag, take 1 tablet daily with a full glass of water at bedtime, as early as the first day of the trip and the following days. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Do not drive in the 4 or 5 hours following taking melatonin.
