Forté Pharma Fortenuit 15 Tablets is a dietary supplement that helps you to sleep more easily thanks to its effective double action formula which: 

• has an immediate action, helping you fall asleep quicker
• has a prolonged action, improving your sleep quality so that you sleep peacefully all night long

Formulated with melatonin, our body's natural sleep hormone. It works to reduce the time taken to fall asleep, as well as regulating the body clock and re-synchronising your sleep cycles. Also enriched with natural plant extracts which have natural sedative properties, helping you sleep peacefully. Valerian works to activate GABA, a neurotransmitter which helps you sleep. Passionflower helps you sleep for longer, whilst poppy extract improves sleep quality.

Tablets with melatonin and plant extracts for those who have trouble sleeping.

Take 1 tablet each night, about an hour before going to sleep.
