Rich in carbohydrate intake, it is perfect before the effort.It allows to charge glycogen energy reserves 3 days before an event.It contains maltodextrin, glutamine, citrulline, and the alfalfa to limit the acidity.

Directions for use:

Consume every day during the 3 days preceding an event.Prepare 1.5 litre of cold water and pour 4 tablespoons cooler (dispenser) (1 teaspoon = 150 g) of maltodextrin.Drink in small SIPs throughout the day.
