Arkopharma Arkorelax Strong Sleep 8 Hours is the 1st sleep product from the Arkopharma laboratories that will act according to the principle of chronobiology: a contribution of melatonin and plants in rapid and prolonged release. Arkopharma Arkorelax Strong Sleep 8 Hours acts in two steps: The 1st rapid-release layer, containing 1mg of Melatonin, will help you fall asleep more quickly thanks to Valerian and Passionflower. The 2nd layer gradually releases Melatonin, vitamin B6 and Eschscholtzia, which will help to imitate night-time awakenings.
No addiction or drowsiness .
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women .

Take 1 tablet a day, 30 minutes before bedtime, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
