The Valerian helps you during stressful situations or tensions caused by stress. It contributes to the relaxation, thus promoting the return to calm in the event of irritability, of overwork. Another of its properties is to help preserve the quality of sleep.

The tryptophan is an amino acid, a precursor of serotonin synthesis.
