Directions for use:

Shake the bottle before use.

Measure out 15ml using the measuring cap. Take in the mornings on an empty stomach.

For those under 50, take 3 doses over the course of a week (3 lots of 15ml). For those over 50, take an additional dose (4 lots of 15ml).
