STUDY ON THE BENEFITS OF COLLAGEN

56 women aged 30 to 56 participated in the study for 8 weeks. They received a dietary supplement with collagen or a placebo. The study proved that supplementing with 2,500 mg of collagen daily showed positive effects on skin hydration and elasticity.
