Description:

Fucus is an alga rich in iodine which helps a normal energy metabolism. Fucus is involved in digestion and plays a role in the effect of satiety, it is a true sources of minerals: copper, chrome, zinc, selenium, iron, manganese and especially iodine. These elements of the marine environment are particularly well assimilated.

Using advice:

1 to 2 capsules of micro-granules gastro-resistant per day to be swallowed with a full glass of water between meals. This dietary supplement is to be used as part of a balanced and varied diet. It should not be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle.
