Protifast Pancake Crêpe 7 Sachets

Protifast has now released pancakes enriched in protein. They are highly recommended for a high-calory and high-protein diet. Enjoy the sweet taste of Protifast Pancakes for a hearty and healthy breakfast! Only 100 calories in a packet, each portion is high in protein but low in carbohydrates and fat.

Mix the content of the sachet in a bowl with 80ml of cold water. 

Mix with a whisk or shake until completely dissolved. 

Leave for 1-3 minutes for it to set. 

Cook in a preheated non-stick pan with oil. 

Cook in a medium heat for 1-3 minutes before turning 

Recipe idea: To make vanilla-cinnamon pancakes, first mix a powdered Protifast Protein Powder (pancake) with 130 ml cold semi-skimmed milk using a whisk. Then heat your slightly oiled skillet with paper towels. Then pour a ladle of the protein mixture into the pan and cook on the first side. After, return to cook the other side. Finally, spread a few drops of vanilla extract and sprinkle a little cinnamon powder on the pancake. Roll it out and enjoy this excellent crepe rich in protein and taste!
