Operating tips

aphrodisiac:
rub the bottom of the back with 10 drops diluted in 30 drops of vegetable oil of sweet almond and proceed to a more complete massage of body.

aphrodisiac and anti-stress:
bath: pour 5 drops of ylang-ylang in a spoon with soup base for bath (or milk), throw in hot water and immerse yourself in the bath.

hair:
Add 1 drop of ylang ylang to your normal dose of shampoo.

apply a few drops pure on the cleaned skin, just prior to your skin care cream or mix 5 drops your jar of cream.

Other uses possible

pour 3 drops of ylang-ylang in a bowl of boiling water and a "facial hammam. Cover your head with a towel to "lock" your face in the vapours of ylang ylang. Do not exit at pollution then.

Contraindications and remarks

if you regularly apply ylang ylang (massage), or your skin is sensitive, better systematically dilute it in vegetable oil, argan for example.

like all essential oils of ylang-ylang is prohibited during the first 3 months of pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
