Properties

Soy isoflavones are phyto-estrogens natural, i.e. of herbal substances to structure similar to that of the female hormones. Presented in concentrated form, they contribute to reduce the discomforts of menopause. Although the beneficial effects exist upon the contribution of 40 to 50 mg of isoflavones per day, it is recommended a daily intake of 80 to 100 mg of isoflavones to act on all of the discomforts of menopause. This corresponds to 58 mg of aglycone form, or an average of 1 mg/kg/day.

Operating tips

Gydrelle Phyto exists in two forms:

Gydrelle Phyto and Gydrelle Phyto Fort.

Tablets Gydrelle Phyto Fort are 90 mg dose of isoflavones. One tablet is enough to provide the recommended daily intake. Gydrelle Phyto fort also exists in format of 30 tablets: Gydrelle Phyto strong 30 tablets

Gydrelle Phyto tablets are 45 mg dose of isoflavones. They allow to reduce or split the contribution of isoflavones, taking one tablet in the morning and one evening tablet or even one pill in addition to another contribution of isoflavones.
