Eafit Milk & Egg 95+ Muscle Chocolate Flavour is a protein supplement developed for athletes who want to increase their muscle mass or want a lean body fat mass.

The aspartame free formula is high in protein, which is fundamental for muscle repair and growth. Low in sugar and lactose, enriched with 16 vitamins and minerals and essential amino acids.

Developed in collaboration with sports physicians and nutritionists for optimal efficiency.

Indications:

Chocolate flavoured protein powder.

Directions for use:

Drink 1 or 2 shakes a day with a meal or before going to bed. Dilute 1 and a half doses of the powder into 300ml of water, and shake well before drinking.

Mix with milk if preferred.

Note: The daily recommended amount of protein (including meals) is 1.5g per kg of body weight, or 2.5g per kg for intense muscle gain.
