I'm now into month 7 of using these capsules (I'm trying them for 12 months total), but no change. In fact, I now have more white hairs growing in the eyebrow area. These capsules have made no difference whatsoever - shame. I will give them the full 12 months however, and will report if there is a change for the better.

I accept that these capsules need to be taken for some time before they take effect, and I am only in the first month of taking them. I'll report again after 6 months. Hopefully, I will have seen a change.
