Why should you register at Sanareva?

Registering at Sanareva allows you :

  • To place orders
  • To check the status of your current orders and view your orders history
  • To check the credits to which you are entitled
  • To enter or edit your personal information
  • To enter or edit your delivery and invoice address(es)
  • To access your discount coupons
  • To refer friends

How to create my account ?

  • Click on the link “Register” located at the top right of the “Welcome” on Sanareva website
  • Fill in the registration form and click on “Register”
  • You will access your personal dashboard where all the information regarding your account is available
  • You will then receive a confirmation e-mail at your personal e-mail address

Should you encounter a problem, contact us via our contact form or by calling us 03306 846 064 (cost of a local call) from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

My user name does not work. What should I do ?

Your user name is your complete e-mail address with which you registered.
For instance: myemail@gmail.com

Please make sure you did not make a mistake inputting your address.

Otherwise, the error may come from your password.

I forgot my password or it is not working

In order to get a new password :

  • In the identification box, at the top right corner, click on the tab “Forgotten password ?”
  • Enter your e-mail address on the page that displays and click on “OK”
  • You will receive an email in your mailbox, in order to confirm your request. Click on the link indicated.
  • You will be taken to the page “Reset my password”
  • Enter your new password and click “Reset my password” to confirm

How do I change my password ?

  • Log into your Sanareva account
  • Under the section “Account information”, check the box “Change password”, enter your current password, then your new password
  • Click on “Save”.

Managing my addresses

To manage your addresses, log into your Sanareva customer account and click on the section “Address book”.

You can enter, edit or delete one or more addresses.

For future orders, you will then be able to choose the address of your choice that is already stored.
