Accompanying care for psoriasis-prone scalps

Apply to damp hair, massage and rinse. Repeat application, leaving on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Attack phase: 3 shampoos per week for 4 weeks. Maintenance phase: 1 shampoo per week alternating with a mild shampoo.
