Dayang Ferments is a food supplement in capsules at base of 4 strains of ferments: lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus plantarum, bifidobacterium lactis, bifidobacterium bifidum.

Daily intake: between 3.3 and 10 billion of ferments

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal in an interview.Take 3 capsules per day only once for 5 days with a glass of water 30 minutes before the meal in treatment of attack.
