Native to India and South-East Asia, the garicinia produces a yellow or red fruit that looks like a tiny pumpkin (about 5 cm in diameter). 

The extract of this fruit helps to reduce fat storage.

Take 2 capsules twice a day half an hour before meals with a large glass of water.
