Thanks to the synergistic action of its two active principles, it ensures:- Prevention and treatment against fleas, - Acaricide efficiency and is repulsive against ticks, - Repellence against midges/ sandflies and mosquitoes.

Advantix does not merely eliminate the parasites, it helps to avoid bites.

Advantix can be used safely on puppies (of 7 weeks and over and from 1.5kg) as well as in pregnant or lactating females.

Indications:

Pipettes for prevention and protection against ticks, fleas and mosquitoes and midges/ sandflies.

Recommended Use:

Have your dog in a standingposition and remove its collar (you may put it back on once the fur has dried). Open pipette carefully and, with your dog standing (for easiest application). Apply a pipette directly to the skin between the shoulder blades (by parting the hair until its skin is visible) along four points on the line of the back for dogs of more than 10kg. One pipette per month should be sufficient to protect your dog.Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth of your dog.Avoid bathing your dog within 48 hours of application. Preferably, wash your animal 14 days after treatment with a soap-free shampoo.Do not drink, smoke or eat during application and wash your hands afterwards.Do not allow children to play with treated animals until the application area has dried fully.

ATTENTION: Do not use on cats.

Haven't used yet but I understand it is one of the best flea and tick control spot on treatments, you usually need to get a prescription from your vet first, which adds to the cost.
